ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Heavy Equipment Department is the muscle behind ALWASEAD’s construction power. From cranes to excavators and transport vehicles, this team ensures that every machine is ready, reliable, and running at full capacity—wherever and whenever needed. With a focus on operations and maintenance, the department handles daily equipment deployment, coordinates usage across project sites, and performs routine servicing to keep everything in peak condition. JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Administrative to join our Heavy Machinery Department. This role is responsible for managing HR functions specific to the machinery division, including recruitment, training, compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in supporting a skilled workforce that drives operational efficiency and adheres to industry standards for safety and performance. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage recruitment processes for machinery-related roles, including sourcing, screening, Monthly attendance and onboarding. Coordinate technical training programs to enhance staff skills in machinery operation, safety, and maintenance. Assist in performance evaluations and help develop improvement plans aligned with department goals. Monitor employee relations and support a positive, complaint, and productive work environment. Maintain HR records and prepare reports related to machinery workforce metrics. Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and internal HR policies. Collaborate with operational teams to forecast manpower needs and schedule training. SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, Attendance preferably within industrial or machinery sectors. Knowledge of technical job functions such as maintenance, production, and engineering is an advantage. Certification in HR Operations or Occupational Safety is preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices in technical and industrial environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to design and deliver training programs for machinery staff. Familiarity with labor law and workplace safety regulations. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced setting.
