The ideal candidate should be results-driven and capable of achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in business development, technical marketing, and product launch within the telecommunications and IT sector. Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead a group of sales engineers and specialists, acting as a leader and mentor more than just a manager. Well-established professional network in the local market. Good knowledge of administrative, financial, and legal procedures in the Libyan market. Smart, insightful, and capable of making strategic decisions. Excellent negotiation skills with a strong record of deal-closing. Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends. Proficiency in English (reading and writing) – intermediate to excellent.
