Job Description Technical Officer role at SPACETECH Solutions is a full-time position located on-site in Tripoli, Libya. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include designing IT solutions, troubleshooting clients’ IT issues, maintaining and ensuring efficient technical operations. The role includes also some pre-sales activities, which require client-facing and proposal preparation skills, also good analytical skills and effective communication with customers and team members. Tasks Respond to technical inquiries from clients. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems on the sites. Assist in pre-sales activities, such as preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions to clients. Build 2 Vendor Partnerships a year, at least 2 partnerships with certification requirement ex: VMWARE, CISCO, HPE, DELL EMC. Develop and launch at least 1 Software products a year in the local market. Achieve at least 10 Major Customers Listing. Establish clear order to cash (SOPs). As End-to-End (E2E) process Start 2 Certification Path a year. Attend partners training. Qualifications Proficient in technical support and customer service skills Strong analytical skills Effective presentation and communication skills. Experience in MS365 full tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is preferred Solid Experience in IT system and network design, implementation. Professional English Level. Experience in the programing is a plus Strong understanding of product development, local regulatory processes, and market dynamics. Working days: from Saturday to Thursday. Working hours: from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. Location: Suq eljumoaa, 20 Ramadan Street. Salary: 2500 LYD. Requirement: a car and easy movement capabilities.
